When agreeing to these terms of service you acknowledge that the site and or material you submit is your own and not copied, altered, or reproduced from another owner. Providing false information such as fake real names or fake websites will earn you a spot on Magnum’s blacklist, which is not a good place to be.

RIGHTS
By submitting information to Magnum Directory your agreeing that Magnum has all rights to use, display, alter, delete and or block any information at anytime.

RESPECT
Under no circumstances are you allowed to be disrespectful of other people, products, and companies. Failure to be respectful will result in warnings, once enough warnings have come into play Magnum Directory will list you and all material you submit to Magnum Directory on the blacklist.

RESPONSIBILITY
It is your responsibility to update and manage all information you submit to Magnum Directory. Magnum will not update information for you or your company that is solely your responsibility.

MISUSE
You are not allowed to misuse Magnum for spamming, flaming, or any other obscene ways that promote or demote one or another’s product and or services. Failure to comply will result in suspended account, which might lead to permanent position on the blacklist with or without warning.

IMPERSONATION
Under no circumstances are you allowed to impersonate as another person, product, site, company etc... By doing so will earn your name on the blacklist.

FRAUD
If you attempt to alter, cheat, or use any other form of manipulation to Magnum Directory data which can include 3rd party software; you will be banned on the spot.
